At EyeVault, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Currently, we deliver to customers within Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time-frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. All orders are received and we aim to process it within 24 hours.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our office to the destination. International delivery takes between 15-30 days, orders are mostly shipped via Australia Post. After processing and leaving the office, items usually take between 5-7 business days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. 

In general, this is subject to availability. We aim to keep our stock levels up-to-date on the website, but in the unlikely event of the stock levels are out-of-date we will back order the item for you and keep you updated you on the status every step of the way. Maximum shipping time in the worst case scenario would be no more than 20 working days (within Australia)
